5 Days Tanzania Safari

The greatest of the northern parks in 5 days! You’ll see Tarangire, Lake Manyara, the Serengeti National Park, and the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater.
Take advantage of the top parks on the northern circuit! You’ll sleep in fully equipped, comfy en-suite tents.

Day 1 – Tarangire National Park

Your safari journey begins right now! We will take you up from your accommodation in or around Arusha and drive you for 2.5 hours to the spectacular Tarangire National Park. We’ll go on a full-day wildlife drive at Tarangire Safari Park, which is famous for its big herds of elephants and hundreds-year-old baobab trees. Some of these strange-looking trees have massive trunks that form natural tunnels, which poachers have exploited to hide from park officials. At the conclusion of the day, we go to Africa Safari Lake Manyara, where you will spend the night in a furnished comfortable safari tent with a private bathroom. You may swim in the pool and have a sundowner cocktail at the same time.

Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International airport

Arrive in Tanzania to begin your incredible journey experiencing this nation. You will be met and taken to your lodge upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport.

Day 2 – Lake Manyara National Park

Following breakfast, we will go to Lake Manyara, an underappreciated jewel that offers a wide range of natural diversity in a compact region. This park is well-known for its panoramic vistas, waterfalls, babbling brooks with pure water, hot springs, and more than 400 bird species. We do a full-day wildlife drive at Lake Manyara, and if you want to walk, you may schedule a 2-hour walking safari. At a safe distance, you may see giraffes, buffaloes, and other wildlife. Notable is also the large group of Baboons, who frequently have loud fights. You return to Africa Safari Lake Manyara in the afternoon and spend the night in your big luxury Safari tent

Day 3 and 4 – Serengeti

You will spend the following two days exploring the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Serengeti is a Maasai phrase that means “endless plains” in English. Around four thousand lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, and wild dogs inhabit these huge plains. Driving around the Ngorongoro plateaus and continuing down the western crater road till the path brings you downhill and into the famed Serengeti is a wonderful trip. We go on a game drive in this unusual ecology after lunch. We arrive at Africa Safari Ikoma Lodge in the late afternoon. The site is ideal for visiting the Serengeti, since it is located between the Serengeti Seronera, Grumeti, and Ikorongo Game Reserves. It’s a nice place to unwind and watch the birds or a herd of impala graze quietly around the camp area. While listening to the sounds of the African bush, take in the incredibly stunning night sky. On the fourth day, we spend one more day in the Serengeti before heading to Ndutu/South Serengeti for an overnight Africa Safari South Serengeti. The location is famed for the Great Migration’s calving season, which is an unquestionable highlight of the yearly wildebeest migration.

Day 5 – Ngorongoro Crater

Following breakfast, you go to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will travel through a wooded region until you reach one of Africa’s most unusual destinations, the Ngorongoro Crater. This caldera was formed by volcanic activity, and for many visitors, it is the major reason for going on safari in Tanzania. Following the breathtaking plummet to the caldera floor, you are greeted with one of the world’s densest populations of wild animals. Lions, elephants, hippos, gnus, warthogs, and other animals live in the Crater. There are also a few highly endangered African rhinoceros can be seen. This world heritage site has all five members of Tanzania’s Big 5. We return to Arusha after our spectacular game drive
